- Every job planned and carried out carefully, with enough time set aside to do it properly.

- Your floors, surfaces and finishes protected while I'm there.
- I remove all job-related debris from your property.
- Any drywall I have to open gets replaced. Finishing, texture and paint aren't included.
- If something unexpected comes up, I show you first and get your approval before going further.
